Emils booking doesnt work

You told me this: Dashboard / WP Hotel Booking / Settings / Emails to setup it.
And what can I do here? I’ve checked the emails here. When I make a booking, the confirmation email doesn’t arrive at the email address of the person booking nor at the hotel’s email address. How is this even supposed to work? Explain the whole process with the emails to me.
I kindly asked you where to set up the emails so that notifications arrive where they’re supposed to
