Error Message when navigating to next lesson in course

Hello,
One of my students continue to get the attached error message when attempting to move to the next lesson in the course and we cannot seem to find the problem. I have reset the user progress and even disabled the drip, but the error continues to happen. Can you look at and let me know how to fix please?
