Error When assigning Lessons or Quiz to Course.

Hi,
I am using Eduma Theme and was wondering how to assign an existing lesson or quiz to the course.
When I try to assign an existing quiz via the select button, the pop-up opens but is empty and Immediately I see the curriculum section refresh and error out with the below message “Something went wrong! Please reload to continue editing curriculum.
Currently, Eduma theme is installed at https://developerpublish.com/academy
What could be causing this issue ?
