Even though purchased, user can’t access course

Hi there,
I’m having an issue with my course “Businessplan schrijven in de mondzorg”. When purchased & paid, the course is still not accessible by the user. Here is the screenrecording: https://www.loom.com/share/1f657660970746a29e98af5ff7f792ae
It does show up in the ‘orders’ section of your profile, but you can’t access the course.
Please fix this for me
