event time(start/end) problem

  i want do not show a clock/time when i do not specify the time. when i dont specify time, its look like 00:00 but i dont want it. I want space or “private event” etc.
  
  I cant update my theme because i haved change in codes. So please can you give me a code/edit for for what I said above?
