Ever since we bought this theme the performance of our website has been terrible

I tried last year to get the speed issues with our site sorted after switching to the Eduma theme, but in the end, gave up. I’m now trying one more time to get our site performing as well as the demo site performs.

According to google – https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fkes.sheffield.sch.uk they give our site a 22 speed score.
Please can we hvae another look at this?
