Everything is shifted to the right

HELP!
I’m struggling to resolve this issue where everything within the body is shifted to the right. There must have been some unnecessary padding in the theme.
I went to a couple of developers, and they have trouble locating the file where this can be updated via FTP. I checked it out myself and I think the issue/solution lies within the header.less file.
Note: My editor has been disabled, so that’s why I’m going the FTP route.
