Facing Problem After Updating to Latest LearnPress Update

I am again posting it, because without resolving the topic, MicahChristenson closed the topic.

I want you to update site. I’ve already taken the backup.

I tried two times, first time when the Learnpress 4.0 update was launched, and second time, I did today. Both times, I had to restore the website.

I want your help to update the website, without disturbing the original template of the website, customization and classroom template (see here – https://prnt.sc/13lnrjd).

I’ve provided the administrator ID and password. Please, help me and rectify this in time.
