Failed orders consistently in Events Manager using woocommerce

  Hello,
  I am losing a lot of sales due to a failure in the handoff with Woocommerce and the events registry. This is a serious issue for me. The revenue loss impacts my satisfaction with the shopping feature of this site.
  
  Would you please check my settings or advise. Is this a known issue?
