failures during compile

Hi there, i recently bought the eduma theme with mobile app.

i am trying to compile this by following the instructions.
i the environment setup as i recently created other react native apps from other providers.

i have tried with the emulator both running and not running from the start.
when i run
yarn start

then select a to install the app, when i debug this there seems to

i get the following errors
