Featured Title Area not working

  Hi,
  
  This feature is not working on my site. I do not want the title and breadcrumbs bar on any page of the website. I thought this feature will hide that bar, but it is not working, it still shows the bar with the title and breadcrumbs. Am I doing something wrong?
