Final Lesson “Complete” button missing, possibly with Microsoft Edge

I have a student who says he does not see a “Complete” button in the final/last Lesson #12.
The student is using Microsoft Edge, but I accessed the course using Edge and I did not have any problems. I saw the “Complete” button and was able to click mine.
When I look at my Gradebook, I can now see that 3 students that have completed all 11 Lessons, but Lesson 12 is not completed. Gradebook show 92% complete.
I provided my website admin access under Advanced Information. I also recently paid for additional support.
