Following the solution of a problem, Plugins are blocked

Dear Phuong Ngoc,

This is a continuation of a ticket that solved one problem, but generated many more.
Since last January 22 that the system is blocked or malfunctioning!

tell me it’s a joke!
True, now you are able to enter WordPress, but the Website is NOT usable, it is COMPLETELY BROKEN, and my customers are impatient and I hope they do not want to ask me for damages for the continuous malfunctions !. This is their business!

Now I am really in serious trouble:
– WpBakery page does NOT work and I can no longer check the pages;
– The Home Page is compromised;
– UpdDraftPlus Backup System does not respond properly;
– Plugins DO NOT update (LearnPress, LocoTranslate, …)
… and I could go on and on.

I find all this unprofessional.

I tried to upload the files with Prnt, Screencast etc. but that doesn’t work either. If you want to see the screenshots look at this folder:
