Footer and Copyright-bar keeps changing background colour

Hi
I’m in the process of setting up my website (http://dev.addictologiakademiet.no), and everything looked alright at first, but then all of a sudden the footer and copyright-bar changed background colour to white. When I change the colour back in theme settings it looks OK for a bit, but then it goes back to white when I try to save it. What’s going on?
