Get rid of shop link; change cart to basket; Collections not working

1) How can I replace “RETURN TO SHOP” with “RETURN TO HOME PAGE” on the “empty basket” page? (image: !AkYo6T98AM1BkodxknqGQ-v1u85TwQ?e=6PTjEa) I don’t have a shop but can’t see how to access this link to change where it points to.
2) How can I change the wording on the “Add to cart” and “View cart” buttons to “Add to basket” and “View basket”? Here in the UK we use baskets and trolleys for shopping, not carts!
3) The Collections function doesn’t seem to work.
Firstly, when I go to the /collections/ URL, the collection that I’ve created does show up: !AkYo6T98AM1BkodzzcPevn1L4-l2lA?e=qpx1ih
… but if you click on it, it says there are no available courses: !AkYo6T98AM1Bkod0EAw1MkUbXX0m_w?e=uOxN9n
This is not true; I have assigned 4 courses to it (via the Settings section of each individual course; there doesn’t seem to be any way to assign courses from the Collections page): !AkYo6T98AM1Bkod2UGLFwNs9Lp3mwQ?e=MQrit7Secondly, I can’t see a Collections link anywhere on the site so there doesn’t seem to be any mechanism for a visitor to view Collections anyway.
