Getting rid of “CATEGORIES: BLOG BUSINESS DESIGN / BRANDING UNCATEGORIZED”

  Hello, I noticed that, If I log into my website and look for something that then I can’t find, these categories appear “CATEGORIES: BLOG
  BUSINESS DESIGN / BRANDING UNCATEGORIZED”
  https://prnt.sc/zz44cs
  
  I’d like to get rid of them as I don’t use them and I guess they belong to the default version.
  I’ve already tried but I can’t do it. Can you help me?
