Glitch with constant contact form and question about responsiveness

Hello there,
I’m hoping you can help wiht 2 things. 1) on our home page, I’ve tried to insert the constant contact form multiple times but it always has this strange extra “Edit Form” button that shows up. Can you help figure out what is going on? 2) when viewing the site on my phone, the text on my sliders is cut off strangely. I thought that responsive meant that everything, including the slider, would automatically adjust to fit the screen of whatever device is being used. Is there somewhere in the settings that I need to change something about the slider?
