GO DIRECTLY IN CHECKOUT PAGE – PLEASE HELP ME

I have this problem with the theme,
if you see the image in the attach you can see it’s the page with rooms.

Ok perfect, if you click on SELECT THIS ROOM , room go in che cart,so user must click in CHECK OUT for insert name, surname and all or click on VIEW CART.

i don’t want this,
because on my website i don’t want offer directly the opportunity for buy the room, so firstly i want user ask me if it’s available.

So yes he must arrive directly to checkout when click on SELECT THIS ROOM

Please help me, i’m not able to do that
