Grade book issue : Can’t see the resultats and real status of a student

Hi,
I’m having an issue with the gradebook plugin. There’s that student who has made 50% of progress, did some quizes but in the grade book it’s showing that she’s not enrolled and her resultats are not showing. She was enrolled on 28th may but it’s also showing she enrolled on 31st may and showing at the same time “Not enrolled” as status..
What can be the issue ?
