  Hello,
  
  I need your help please.
  
  I tried to change the background of the “all” header but couldn’t do it as I wish.
  
  There is a probleme of dimension.
  
  I explain you :
  I want to reproduct the header from this website : http://www.neige-merveilles.com/
  But as you can see in my new website it’s not the same : http://youpub.fr/
  
  How can I do that please ?
  Also, how can I change text “Need Help ? Call us Now…” and about weather, can I change city localisation ?
