Header Layout and sticky and testimonials

I just realized that even though you have responsive design, the “Book online” button disappears when opening the page on a mobile device. Is this intentional? That button is one of the most important things a client wants to find on the page.

I tried changing the header layout to look more like the one from here: https://demo.proteusthemes.com/beauty/ but it seems basically impossible without actually changing the header and topbar template files. Or am I missing something in the admin panel completely?

Also, is there a possibility to have either the header (or only the topbar of the header) to stick always on top instead of just when scrolling up?

Edit: I just saw that the testimonials have no option to not show a picture of the person. When the picture is simply removed, their name isn’t showing (I deleted the picture of one of the tesimonials on the page, so you can see for yourself).
