Help. The Certificate is not displayed in the frontend and backend

Good day,
the certificate suddenly stopped showing in the frontend. I have the latest LP Certificate plugin 4.0.8. It doesn’t even show up with an older version of the plugin. I also tried to restore an older version of LearnPress using a backup, but to no avail. The certificate is not displayed.
