Homepage 1 – image display

  Hello
  I have chosen to use “homepage 1” as the style for the navigation and featured image on the homepage. However, when I have updated the slider. The V shape frame on the bottom edge of the image is no longer there. How can I turn this on? It is present on all other service pages, etc.
  I have taken screenshots to show you.
