Homepage is not optimized showing low score in GT Metrix

  Hi Tech Team,
  
  Please check the website: in GT Metrix (https://gtmetrix.com/) it is having very low scores due to the JS and different fonts loading in it.
  How can we optimize the page to have good score on GT Metrix and Google Pagespeed?
