Hover and visited link: menu colors

Hi,
I’ve changed the theme color, but the hover and visited links on the menu are not changing.

I can see the color that is being used is #e55e5e, but I would like to use #2867b2.
Should I change the file (academy-lms-1617188341.css) or should I use custom CSS?Kind regards,
