how bbpress migration works?

Hi,
we are planning to migrate our site to another platform that is compatible with bbpress. I saw that you also work with this plugin and I would like to understand what the procedure would be like, if we wanted to migrate our registered users, our courses and classes to this new site (https://modacomafeto.com.br/)?
Would the migration be done entirely by yourself or would we need a programmer?
How long does this implementation take?
