How can I add fullwidth modules in a template, and change the width of page?

Hello,
I would like to know how can I use the fullwith module created by my visual builder in a normal page, because now it appears with some space around (at the top and sides margins).
Also I wanted to change the width of the template, because in big screens it goes too close to the side borders, so I wanted to make it a fixed lenght, or a percentage of the screen. Is it possible? How can I modify templates?
