How can I change the CTA Button URL and Text?

Hello!
Would you please tell me how to change the text on this button to “ENROLL NOW” and I’d like to be able to change the URL to whatever I want to. How can I do this?
You’ll also notice that you get a completely different button in mobile view. The button leads to “Cart” and the cart is empty…
