How can I make the Video blog option responsive?

Hello,
So I’m doing a bit few more video blogs. The videos are being hosted on YouTube. When I select the “Video” option for the post type and paste the embed code from YouTube, it does’t make the video larger on the blog listing page. It doesn’t look as nice. I’ve taken to manually setting the width/height in the embed code but this doesn’t make it responsive.
How can I ensure the videos look nice and are responsive?
