How can I remove the Eduma black bar at the bottom of the theme?

Hi,
How can I remove the whole black bar at the bottom of the theme? It is useless. It has nothing to do with my website. I did my best to remove it. Please let me know in simple steps how I can do that. A screenshot is attached to the part I want to remove.
