How do I customize a form to match the theme?

  Hi,
  I am trying to connect the theme with AWeber form.
  AWeber have given the following HTML code to use, but the appearance is different from the theme.
  I would like the Text, Form fields and Button to match the themes colors.
  Please help. Code pasted below:
