How I can display the right click in green color at the end of the option itself

Dear Sir,

(1). In the single choice questions, say for example there are four options and option a is correct. Whenever the Eduma theme show the answer it is shown by button highlighted and right click in green color. If the option is more than two lines then the right click in Green Color is shown in third line which looks weird. I have inserted the following question and correct answer is (a) but when I am reviewing the answer, the right click is displaying in third line. I want the right click in Green color should be shown where the option ends and not in the next line.

(2). Can I justify the text in the options. If yes, please help me with html command.
(3). If there is any option or command where the correct answer can be shown in different color.
