How to add something to a scroll menu?

  I have been setting up my “about us” page and am having some new issue:
  https://my.deepling.org/about-us/
  
  When you click on the “scroll menu”, you can see that it does not always scroll to where it should be. I know it was me because I had to put some numbers in the editing box. I put in “title3” for the last two because I had no better options. But of course they don’t jump there.

  How can I make this menu scroll to each section as planned?
