How to change a profile picture of an instructor?

Hello, there are instructors names and pictures visible within each course (https://prnt.sc/1MhBpseYWzcF). I would like to change these profile pictures but I cannot find where to do so. Inside of Users category it is not possible as there is no option for it (https://prnt.sc/yN6jRvqqQpPN).
