How to change logo text in health coaching template

Hello,
I purchased https://coaching.thimpress.com/demo-health-coaching-3/.
The word (logo?) “COACHING” is in the upper left-hand corner.
I want to change it to “LIFE COACH.”
How can I change the text?
(I read our documentation, but it didn’t explain how.)The following answer from the support is not helpful:
Heal Coaching text is the theme’s logo; you can go to Appearance -> Customize -> General to change it.
