How to change the social links and map at home page background near footer

  Hello,
  I installed the theme at https://elearning.sgtuniversity.ac.in/
  I am unable to find the setting to change the Social Links, Subscribe to Our Newsletter Text and Map Position located at bottom of Home Page
  
  Please help
