How to change top image of membership page?

  Please kindly guide me on how to change the top image on the membership account page.
  I can change the other page top image, but not on the membership account page.

  and also, in mobile, I can’t access button on the right beside “passed” and can’t scroll to the right.
  is it possible to change the format so the mobile users can access it more comfortably without scrolling to the side?
