How to create a login and logout menu items on primary menu

I wish to have the same login/logout links as shown here, https://thimpress.com/forums/topic/issues-with-the-login-and-logout-options/
But i don’t see that happening on my site. I added “user-login” and “user-register” pages on my menu and the pages show blanks, http://nimb.ws/Uw25V8
