How to create the "pop up boxes" below the home page picture

Hi there,
in the demonstration of “coaching” theme, below the picture of “Gosu”, there are these 3 circles with icons (“get your coach books”, “look at next schedule” etc.) that pop up to a picture, icon and text with a link when hovered.How do I create these on my page (www.weltgestalter.com)?
