How to edit / delete some Property Information fields, eg. Rooms; Year Built

In need of some guidance for the following please.

I want to change, simplify the Single Property Layout, how do I:

1) delete some of the Property Information fields?
– Rooms (or change the description to Garage, that would be a better placement than lower down at Additional Fields displaying at the Details section as per your documentation)?
– remove Year Built
– remove Video section (seems to not show if field is left empty)
– remove 360 Virtual (seems to not show if field is left empty)
– remove reviews (widget disabled but still showing “Leave a review”)
– remove comments (this is already disabled in the settings)
– fields can be added when creating a New Listing, but how do I include a new field to be included with every listing, not wanting to manually add it everytime at the bottom? (documentation 4.2)
> even if the fields are left empty, the descriptions still display – seriously need to remove some of these.
> Edit page > Display Settings > Layout > Custom settings does not allow for custom editing for single listing view.

2) change the displayed information on the Property Listings archive thumbnails?
– remove agent gravatar
– remove the compare feature
– where is this layout documented?
– Property Item layout in customizer (options 1-3) does not make any changes here. (documentation 4.5.1)

3) the Header settings also does not work correctly:
Appearance > customize > Header Setting > Main Menu Color > 3 options: for background, border, text, but changing the text color, changes the whole background color and not just the text (impossible to get right. )

Solutions will be appreciated.
