How to edit the content of top bar and create photo albums?

  Hi all,
  
  I am glad to purchase Starkids theme, it looks great!
  
  I am new to WordPress (though using Joomla for some years), please forgive me for some simple questions:
  1. How to edit the content of Top Bar? (I saw customization section of top bar, which just allows for on/off) I’d like to put some text on it.
  2. Is there any photo album functions/plugin I can use to store different albums? It’ll be the best if I can list the featured albums at front page (static page) (I saw there is an image gallery element, but not photo album)
