How to edit the Single Room grid layout

Hi,
my site and single room page http://seapointapartments.me/rooms/family-room-3/
I would like to change my Single Room grid layout from col-sm-9 to col-sm-8 with the sidebar to stay as it is on the right side col-sm-4.I was looking through this forum but I could not find the solution. Using the custom layout inside of the Room edit is not helping.
I need to know where is this following line declared, please?
