How to embed youtube video and adjust video frame size

In homepage of the theme,. the “Thim: Icon Box” that has the video playing.
1) The video frame is cut off on the top and bottom, we want to see the full video frame. (SEE SCREENSHOTS)

SHREENSHOT 2 – The video is cut off on the top and bottom
2) we want the video to be linked from embedded youtube link., and not coming from the website .. it is making the page load to slow..
3) We want the video to start playing lazy load — so it only starts to play when you scroll to it.
