How to hide the toolbar at the top of the pages

  Hello!
  
  I don’t know how to hide the top toolbar. I followed the instructions by doing this : Appearance / Customize / Header / Toolbar / turn off … But it doesn’t solve the issue.
  
  I only would like to hide it (because I think it could be useful later)
