How to implement the "Features" of the Demo Effective theme on my site

Hi there!
I am trying to use / implement the “Features” from the Effective demo on my own site and cannot find instructions or how to do this. The features I’d like to use are in the “features” drop down menu from this page: https://coaching.thimpress.com/demo-effective-coaching/
When I click on Features, it shows me Success Stories (a page with all testimonials on it), Portfolio, Courses, Galleries), but when I go into my theme dashboard and click on the template to edit (for example, manrsonry which looks like Portfolio), it does not make sense how to edit it using my information. Plus, I do not see where to add these things to my main menu nav bar and include them on my site.
Please let me know how I can find more about these features and include them on my own site. Thanks!
