How to insert youtube frame video in a lesson?

  I’m having problems to insert any frames to my lessons.
  
  I am putting the YouTube frame code in Media Option, in Configuration of lesson and set Video format for this lesson.
  
  After do that, I update the lesson and I redirected to a 404 page.
  
  Do you have a correct procedure to achieve insert an frame in a lesson?
