How to make Course Category sort in alphabetical order by default

  Hi,
  
  On this page: https://virtuallearningcollege.com.au/course-category/accounting-and-finance we see courses are coming up by published date or new courses are displayed first by default.
  
  I want to make courses to display by title in alphabetical order by default: https://virtuallearningcollege.com.au/course-category/accounting-and-finance/?order_by=post_title.
  
  Please assist.
