How to put homepage flags with wplm

Hi team,
I have a problem with the use of wplm plugin. I think there must be a code for this plugin to insert in the home widget as to show the translation page. But which is it?But what is this code? or what other way exists?
then it will be enough to translate the pages so that they are already linked to the flags or what must be done?
