How to remove Courses Page from permalinks in each course section?

  Hi,
  
  I see permalinks generated for each course page consists of course archives. I would like to have permalinks with following flow
  
  home page -> course details page. (need to exclude courses archive page).
  
  Tried available settings. Not sure how to get it. Please help me. PFA for details.
