how to switch off Membership Pro payment and use WooCommerce

Hi, I am trying to understand and set ap a working environment, but I am bit confused – I am not able to find to proper way of setting up a membership plugin and WooCommerce plugin (which I need for checkout)…
How to switch off the default Pro Membership getaway, such as here:
if I want to buy subrscibtion here https://www.ifotografovani.cz/ucet-clenstvi/urovne-clenstvi/?course_id=7224
it redirect me to this page with membership gateway – https://www.ifotografovani.cz/ucet-clenstvi/platba-clenstvi/?level=2but I need the Woocomerce at this point (i have all the plugin downloaded and activated…) there seems to be no option to kill the gateway at the Membership plugin
plus second question, what it the best way to keep a free course free without need to register?
